So this was my first job interview ever and it was filled with the most random people ever. It was a group interview of 9. The manager told us that she would be asking us 4 questions each. When we went around the first guy was a guy who had just came out from the Air Force. So all of his answers had to do with airplanes, learning how to repair airplanes, or learning how to fly a choppers. Then the second person was a lady who worked at McDonald's, all of her answers had to do with crazy customers and about apple pies. Then it was 2 girls who went to CSUN just like me. The first girl was a sophomore, pretty and she spoke like a total valley girl. The second girl was a senior she was asian, tall, and very pretty I must say; I'm not sure if she is in one of my classes. Then the fifth person was a hispanic chick that worked at Hollister and she would comparing Hollister to the brand we were applying too. The manager just gave her weird looks because she was talking about another brand. The sixth person was a cheerleader that only talked about how she did cheerleading for 4 years, she was the captain, she did many competitions. It was annoying hearing her talk and I didn't believe any of it because first she wasn't even pretty and she had an annoying voice. The seventh person was a standup comedian who would make annoying jokes at random times or for example the manager asked him "What was a challenging experience and what did you learn from it" his response was "Well one time I was trying to pick out a booger...ahah jk." I was like noooo dude you don't do that, your trying to get a job! Then the eighth person was a chick from Compton, when i heard she was from Compton i thought she was going to be loud and very outgoing. But instead she was very shy and for 2 of her questions she said " sorry im shy...its my first interview..and idk man I pass." I felt really bad because she seemed so shy and I knew what she was going through because I use to be shy. The last person was me a CSUN student, I thought I was normal but i bet the other 8 thought the same. Who knows what they described me as and told their friends or family members about me.
